Ascencious may display testimonials, reviews, ratings, stories, examples, creator content, practitioner content, or user experiences. These materials reflect individual experiences only and are not guarantees, promises, or representations that other users will experience the same or similar results.
Practitioners, creators, affiliates, ambassadors, or users who receive compensation, benefits, free access, commissions, promotional placement, or other incentives may be required to disclose that relationship when promoting Ascencious.
6 Astrology, Horoscope, and Birth Chart Content
Astrology, horoscope, birth chart, and related features are provided for spiritual, reflective, and entertainment purposes only. They are not scientifically validated and not predictive, and they must not be used to make medical, mental health, legal, financial, relationship, safety, or other important decisions.
Astrological results depend on the accuracy of the birth information you provide and on third-party calculation services. Ascencious does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or interpretation.
7 Spiritual, Channeled, and Metaphysical Content
Some content, including channeled material, mediumship, spiritual teachings, and metaphysical discussion, reflects the personal beliefs, views, and experiences of the individual creators or practitioners who provide it. It is offered for spiritual, reflective, and entertainment purposes only, is not factual, scientific, medical, or professional advice, and is not endorsed or verified by Ascencious.
8 AI Features
Ascencious offers AI-powered features, including chatbots, astrology-based outputs, and personalized suggestions. AI responses are generated by automated systems, may be inaccurate or incomplete, are not a substitute for a qualified professional, and should not be relied upon for medical, mental health, legal, financial, safety, or other important decisions.
Information you provide to AI features may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. AI interactions are not therapy, are not confidential or privileged, and may be reviewed as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms.

If you are in crisis, think you may harm yourself or others, or are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, do not use the app as your response plan. Call emergency services immediately. In the U.S., call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911 in an emergency.
10 Practitioner Disclosure; No Licensure Implied
Ascencious may allow practitioners, guides, facilitators, coaches, mentors, readers, or other contributors to offer sessions, content, insights, or community interaction.

Ascencious may offer social features such as profiles, posts, comments, messages, groups, community threads, reactions, uploads, and other user-generated content.
User-generated content:
- (a)reflects the views of the individual user only,

You should have no expectation that public, semi-public, or platform-submitted content will remain unreviewed by Ascencious. Even if content is not actively monitored at all times, Ascencious retains the right to access and review it for safety, enforcement, legal compliance, abuse prevention, trust and safety analysis, and operational purposes.
15 Sensitive, Triggering, or Adverse Reactions
Meditation, breathwork, reflective audio, spiritual practices, sound-based experiences, community discussions, and emotionally evocative content may cause unexpected reactions in some users, including discomfort, emotional intensity, distress, resurfacing of memories, fatigue, dizziness, anxiety, agitation, dissociation, or other unwanted responses.
You are solely responsible for monitoring your own condition before, during, and after use of the Services. Stop using the Services immediately if you experience distress, worsening symptoms, or any reaction that feels unsafe or inappropriate for you.
Ascencious disclaims liability for adverse reactions to wellness content to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16 Meditation, Sound, and Visual Safety
Some content uses meditation, breathwork, sound, music, binaural beats, and visual elements that can affect how you feel. Do not use this content while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything else that requires your full attention. Use caution, and consult a qualified professional before use, if you are pregnant or have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, photosensitivity, a heart condition, a respiratory condition, an ear or hearing condition, low blood pressure, or any other condition that such content could affect.
Keep audio at a safe volume to protect your hearing, and stop immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, faint, disoriented, or otherwise unwell. You are solely responsible for choosing content that is appropriate and safe for you.
17 No Duty to Rescue, Intervene, or Monitor Continuously
Ascencious is not a crisis service, not an emergency-response service, and not a clinical monitoring service. The platform may use moderation and safety review practices, but Ascencious does not guarantee:
- (a)real-time monitoring,
- (b)immediate review,
- (c)emergency escalation,
- (d)welfare checks,
- (e)suicide intervention,
- (f)or immediate removal of harmful content.
Users must not assume that Ascencious will see, flag, or respond to every concerning post, message, or account behavior in real time.
18 Age and Suitability
The Services are intended for users age 13 and older; children under 13 may not use them. Users under the age of majority may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and certain features, including prize promotions, purchases, and identity verification, may be limited or unavailable based on age.
Parents and guardians who permit a minor to use the Services are responsible for supervising that use and should review the Services, including the community, messaging, and AI features, to decide whether they are appropriate for their child.
If you have a condition, history, or circumstance that makes meditative, spiritual, emotionally evocative, or community-based content inappropriate for you, you should not use the Services without first consulting an appropriate licensed professional.
19 Third-Party Content and Practitioner Independence
Ascencious may host, display, or facilitate access to third-party content, practitioner pages, linked resources, or user recommendations. Ascencious does not warrant, certify, or guarantee:
- (a)the accuracy of third-party content,
- (b)the qualifications of third parties,
- (c)the safety of their recommendations,
- (d)or the appropriateness of any external service or off-platform interaction.
Practitioners and users are independent participants and are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or healthcare representatives of Ascencious solely by virtue of having a profile or participating on the platform, unless Ascencious explicitly states otherwise in writing.
20 Analytics, Cookies, and Tracking Technologies
Ascencious and its service providers use analytics tools, including services such as Google Analytics, along with cookies, device identifiers, software development kits, and similar technologies, to operate, secure, analyze, improve, and market the Services. These tools may collect information about your device and how you use the Services, and some are provided by third parties with their own practices. Details about what is collected and the choices available to you, including any opt-out options, are described in our Privacy Policy.

22 Virtual Items, Crystals, Points, and Rewards
Crystals, points, rewards, badges, and other virtual items are licensed for personal, in-app use only. They have no monetary value, are not currency, securities, or property, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or cashed out except where Ascencious expressly offers that option and only on the terms stated.
Ascencious may create, modify, price, expire, remove, or revoke virtual items and rewards, and may change how they are earned or used, at any time. Any randomized or chance-based rewards are provided as offered, without guarantee of any particular item or outcome.
Crystals may be used to enter periodic prize drawings offered by Ascencious. Each drawing is governed by its official rules, available in the app. No purchase is necessary to enter. Entrants who are minors must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission, and any prize won by a minor will be awarded to the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
23 Service Availability, Changes, and Reliability
The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis and are continually developed and updated. Features, content, sessions, practitioner offerings, and other parts of the Services may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time, including after you have paid for or accessed them, and some features may not always function as intended.
Ascencious does not guarantee that the Services, or any feature or content, will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with your device. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Terms and by the applicable app store or payment processor.
24 Reservation of Rights
Ascencious reserves all rights to revise, remove, suspend, limit, monitor, investigate, moderate, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice, in order to protect users, reduce legal risk, enforce policies, respond to complaints, or comply with law, platform requirements, or safety obligations.
